Colour me happy, again

Finally my Hawaiian shirts have arrived! They were mailed out to me on 8 August; they arrived in the UK on 16 August; and they spent a further eight days in Customs Hell, before coming to me with a notification that I must pay an extra £25. That's fine; I'm just glad to have the motherfuckers in time for my hols!

1. This is a bit of a boring, non-animated shot, isn't it? Nice shirt, though. Short-sleeved.

2. This is me doing it Westside stylee. White boys throwing gang signs: is there anything cooler? Long-sleeved, this one!

3. And now I'm so happy I'm dancing! Collar up, too. Shit, I'm Elvis! Another long-sleever.

4. Going for the Michael Douglas dance here. What say you? Long-sleeve #3.

Smoking baby, you're smoking. My brother is also a huge fan of the hawaiian. Can you send me a link for the site you ordered from?

What fabulous fabrics - and the long sleeves - well, I'm sure we'll be seeing those on the catwalks as soon as the fashionistas get a look at you!

I've never seen a long-sleeve Hawaiian shirt before. I thought that by definition they always had short sleeves - like bowling shirts.

That said - I am partial to the prints for #2 and #4.

Would make nice quilts...

Wow! I take it that the UK has too much taste to retail shirts like that. Lol

*ducks down to avoid slap* :)

My eyes! The goggles do nothing!

I'm fairly sure Customs works by not inspecting the boxes and then applying a random amount to random parcels which bear no relation to what they contain. I've ordered the same thing more than once and had different charges or none at all applied.

Has to be said, those are pretty awful hawaiian shirts..but I guess that is the whole point. Nothing says "I'm on holiday so the office can whistle" quite like a hawaiian shirt.

Ha ha, Chris. I like 'em, which is why I bought 'em! (Although I'm not mad on the blue one, granted.) Just so you know, I deleted what looked like a plug for your own business!
