I went to Berlin
It was awesome. But I've been thrown into a whirlwind of work since coming back, so I have hardly had time to digest and cogitate and all that, much less go through my pics. But I will, I promise, as soon as I can.
I even have pictures of accordions.

In point of fact, Oktoberfest is just about to start.
It's a Bavarian (and specifically a Munich) tradition, though - not much of a big deal in Berlin at all.
Ben my husband was there for 3 of them and had a wonderful time (in munich)
Prefer the east around Eisenberg myself. Cheaper beer!
