... that somebody sometime would make St George's Day a national holiday in this godforsaken country.

I say we just reverse the work and non-work days. go.

Happy St Georges mate.
stayin at Dinners after all. Jihad was unhinging me even more ;-)
hell yes. everyone else does, so why not us.
and if it offends anyone that we have our flag flying, then........
I second, or third it!
I'm too lazy to Google St. George, but if you think it's a good idea, I'll sign the petition.
I demand a day's holiday for St George. Just cos he's SUPPOSED to be our standard and the reason for our flag. Is that not enough?
Onto Doctor bloody Who spoilers: Mr T has completed filming of season 4 safe and sound, and is already shooting the xmas 08 special with none other than David Morrisey (he of Blackpool fame, yay!) as a major major character. There may be cybermen involved, if you believe the leaked gossip from Cardiff.
Apparently he's also signed for the easter 09 special, and xmas 09 special, although nowt has been revealed about who will be the good Doctor for the fifth series, due for production and release in 2010.
How's that for spoilers? And you've heard all about the guest stars for series 3, right?
:)
