Too Young To Worry

Too Young To Worry (2nd version)Yeah, I've long been the worrying kind, but in a bid to stop myself worrying about stuff, I've taken a leaf out of Martha's book and put a reminder of my new mantra on my forearm, for easy access, in the form of a sugar-skull tattoo. Click the pic for a closer look.

It took just about 2 hours 15 minutes, which is super-quick. One of the first things Xam told me at the beginning of this year was that he works fast, and he wasn't kidding. I'm mad pleased with the end result and have also made my first appointment for my backpiece...

So, while this one heals and we get through Christmas (without worrying, of course), New Year, and the wife's birthday, I can also be looking forward to yet more ink. Jeez, how much fun can one guy have?!

wow, that's amazing that was done in 2.5 hours. unless you are on some sort of metric time system over there that my dumb american noggin doesn't understand.

Beautiful work. And only 2 1/2 hours? Impossible I say! My leg took 6 and it was much simpler than this beauty!

And only you can say how much is too much!

love it. and i'm going to join the chorus of i can't believe this took so little time!

i don't know if i'll ever have the guts to get something vibrant and detailed like that... so i'll just live vicariously.

and i hope it serves as a strong reminder for you. i know mine does.

Very cool. How funny is this going to be when you're 90 and your family members need to lift your sagging arm skin to read that what it says?

Thanks guys. Seriously 2 hrs 15 mins (that's 2 1/4 hours, not 2 1/2, so even quicker than you thought!).

Nope, no metric time system here. This beauty was done in the time it takes to watch the standard-length version of Terminator 2.

2 1/2 hours for that yikess. But cool work though. How big is the back piece? Your whole back or just a portion of it? A neighbor that just moved had his whole chest done. The only reason I know that is because he was running around without a shirt. No i wasnt looking at another man. I am happily married thank you... LOL.. Well talk later.

4D: I'm already pushing the boundaries, I think, but youth is a mindset. And the way I figure, one is always too young to worry.

Candy: Thanks. Worrying is no good for us, y'know?! Yeah, gotta have stuff on the horizon.

Ouch. Are you having that done all at once or in pieces where you can sleep on your back? Just a curious reader.

Cool tat. I have one small tat (in a more private place) and I have thought about getting one more. Don't think that I would be brave enough to get one that big, though.
Here's to no more worries! Have a great Christmas!

A seriously cool tat, man.
I wish I had the guts to have have one that says "no, I'm not here to fix your fucking computer" on my forehead. Or somewhere more appropriate, maybe.

I often dream about what I'd have tattoe'd, but have never managed to think of summat original enough.

Story of my life?

Very cool tat though. Fucking ace, in fact.

Tweetey: The back will be done in several session, perhaps as many as 10 of varying length.

Biddie: Yeah, this is quite big, though probably not my biggest.

Soupy: Cheers, mate! You should get one of Aaron Kwok or something!
