Even small waves sound great on pebbly beaches
as they crunch and splash and sizzle.
I'll tell you what doesn't sound nearly as great:
when Gallows sing with Lethal Bizzle.
Not that I have a problem with Gallows;
it's the Bizzle who's troubling for me.
I just don't think that the sounds he makes
are as cool as those of the sea.

water is the course of some of the greatest ambient noises around - rain, waves, water sloshing against the side of a boat, footsteps in rain... all good
I am nuts for the beach...lakes, rivers, oceans...nuts for them. Sometimes I can't believe I ever moved away from the ocean. The sound the feel.
When we were driving from Texas to Louisianna...we took a side trip to the "cajun riviera" on the Gulf of Mexico...I mmediately bolted out of the car and started walking in the ocean...I was a fraid of sharks...but the water was so sandy and windy I figured they wouldn't like it. Mister Anchovy found a sign...after I'd been in the water healing some walking blisters shaving cuts on the legs...etc...that said MO SWIMMING due to bacteria counts. Oops...Who cares...I probably would have gone in anyways because I can't resist water.

Lethal Bizzle, how long do you suppose they take to think up these names? Can't you just see them sitting there for days just working it out?

Seen this year's NME cool list? Bizzle at 5, the Gallows man at 1. Together, they must be literally too cool.
