i liked that movie more than i thought i was. and way to go red for pulling the strings this time 'round. i like to see movies with sjp, too... you guys both might enjoy failure to launch... very funny, sjp, and no maudlin, morbid turns :) just plain fun.

I've had an overload of SJP to be honest. I watched Sex and the City like it meant something. Now, can't be arsed to say anything with her in it

Not my kind. Can't wait for 'This Is England' though. Now that looks like a movie to see.

Lux: Well, that's a shorter review than mine. You might at least have put it in haiku form!

Martha: Yeah, I thought it was all right. I wouldn't buy it or anything, but I've seen way worse films in recent months, so thank heavens for small mercies, eh? Probably give Failure to Launch a miss though.

T: I know what you mean. But as much as the thought of her bores me, I actually find her fun to watch, and she seems genuinely nice in interviews and stuff.

4D: I'm looking forward to seeing This Is England, too. Eclectic, though, that's the way to be. (And I know you are, too.)
