Welcome to the Black Motherfuckin’ Parade

I got a gift from Wife today: the new My Chemical Romance album The Black Parade.

I've listened to it just the once so far, but it sounds really good. Different to the previous two albums. Darker, more restrained and deliberate-sounding, as would befit its title. I'm looking forward to hearing it several more times in the coming days. Thanks missus!

I heard the title track for the first time on your wife's blog and I instantly loved it! Just have to find the time to get my butt to the store to buy the CD now.

I first heard this title song on satelite radio. But never connected to it, usually yaking with kids in the minivan, music on low, cellphone ringing...After I heard and watched it on your wife's site, wow, I finally HEARD it. Nice.

I've recognized it several times now on the radio. (that's a pat on my back, if you didn't see)

Yea, I'm jealous you guys got it earlier - but it's in my possession and there's a little review up of it over at Escape Artists!

Red: There ain't no Lukas, baby!

Martha: Presents rock, and so does this CD.

Diana: They have their dark moments. Not so much gothic. People say emo, but I'm not that comfortable with labels.

Angel: Buy it online, then you don't have to move.

Olives: Good going, girl!

Suze: Never heard of them? That's very naughty. Get your research head on right now.

Adam: When there's something I want, I make sure I get it the day it comes out. I may be old, but I'm still a rocking motherfucker. I'll check out your review.
