100 films

No time to blog today, but – compelled to do something here – I have opted for the 100 films list, which I was saving for just such a rainy day.

Found this on another blog, which I would credit but I can't remember it – sorry. The list is from some 100 Best Films Ever list. BFI or AFI or somesuch. Idea being, that you bold the ones you've seen and then... I don't know... people know which of these 100 important films you've seen. Or something.

FF, obviously this must be an American list if it misses out those great British classics!

I saw your list, as it happens, WM, and I have left my mark. You're right, though, there's a shitload of other stuff that should be there. (Not necessarily On the Buses, mind you.)

Yeah I think your list came from the American Film Institute. I'm going to use one that combines both American and British films. I think you've started something here * ;-)
